The senior team at Managed Communications was brought together by company founder Nathan Hill-Haimes in 2005. Each has vast experience in the telecoms and sales sector and is dedicated to delivering high quality products while paying absolute attention to customer service.

The board is backed by a force of support staff, every one of whom is Cisco-qualified and bound by the company's pledge to answer all technical calls within five seconds.

Founder – Nathan Hill-Haimes

Nathan founded the company in 2005 and prior to that had a history as being something of a serial entrepreneur, having built, sold and turned around several internet-centric businesses prior to founding Managed Communications Ltd.

Managing Director – Stuart Fraser

Stuart is a highly skilled and experienced general manager with 14 years in senior management at Siemens Communications to his name. He brings an unrivalled knowledge of the UK telecommunications sector to his role at Managed Communications.

Technical Director – David Ballard

David is Managed Communications' Cisco Expert. He has many years of experience working with communications technology and heads up the development of our products and network. David is also in charge of our technical staff, 100% of whom have Cisco qualifications.

Sales Director – Dean Whiley

Dean joined Managed Communications having built up a wealth of experience at Capital One, where he developed his customer-focused sales leadership style. He now uses his vast knowledge of business and telecoms to manage all of our sales and web marketing activity.
